We are now looking for a structured and meticulous consultant for an assignment with our partner. The role involves temporarily strengthening the Business Support function and contributing to ensuring that administrative processes and data quality maintain a high standard in daily operations.

In this role, you will work broadly with administrative tasks with a particular focus on data quality, structure, and collaboration between different functions within the organization. You will be part of a team where cooperation and accountability are central to ensuring effective and well-functioning processes.

About the role

As a Business Support, your main responsibilities will include:

• Handling cases related to transfer pricing according to incoming requests
• Conducting and preparing structured data cleansing activities in relevant business systems
• Reviewing, updating, and quality assuring product and business-related information
• Identifying, analyzing, and correcting discrepancies in data
• Contacting various departments within the client's organization to collect, verify, or supplement information
• Supporting the team with ongoing administrative tasks, documentation, and follow-up
• Contributing to stable and effective daily workflows

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience with administrative processes and structured work
• Feels comfortable with business systems (e.g., ERP, pricing, or MDM systems)
• Has good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., filtering, lookups, pivot tables, and data validation)
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

It is advantageous if you have worked within supply chain, finance, pricing, or data administration.
